David enjoys helping injured workers get the benefits they deserve. He especially enjoys all aspects of trial work and has worked on several high profile cases. David joined the firm in 2017 after serving as a Judge for the Washington State Office of Administrative Hearings for the previous eight years. David also served as a Superior Court Commisioner in Steven’s County from 2014 through 2016. He worked in Spokane County as a Spokane County Commissioner Pro Tem. As an Assistant Attorney General, he helped protect abused children. As a Deputy Steven’s County Felony Prosecutor, David worked protecting the community and prosecuted serious felony crimes, including murder and rape. He has tried hundreds of cases in his career and is a seasoned trial attorney. David worked at Safeway prior to attending law school and was a member of UFCW Local 1105. David enjoys spending time with his family and traveling to the mountains and lakes around Washington, Idaho and Montana.
